Claire is our Wicton farm operations manager and is responsible for our daily management decisions and our farm's main point of contact. Claire manages the team and does all the finances and paperwork needed to keep the farm operating smoothly. She tirelessly coordinates our day to day Wicton Farm jobs and constantly ensures our organic cow welfare is maintained to leading standards

Viktoriia is our dedicated cheese maker. She can usually be found in our Wild Cow Dairy making our fabulous Cow-lloumi cheese and cottage cheese. She is also a skilled baker and manages our Wild Cow Dairy kitchens. She loves nature and her garden is a riot of colourful flowers and vegetables. All the flowers you see at our vending machines have been lovingly grown and looked after by Viktoriia.

Jay is passionate about food. As a skilled cook, knowing where food comes from and how it is produced is paramount. He is working on creating a thriving organic vegetable garden here at Wicton Farm.

Jonathan spends a lot of time in the Wicton Farm workshop, focussing on our bigger projects. He multi skilled and can turn his hand to most practical jobs!

In his spare time he loves to do wood turning.

Daniel is a key part of the Wicton farm management team and is responsible for running our dedicated agricultural engineering repair workshop. On a busy day Daniel can be found wearing his favourite pair of Hi-Viz overalls whilst repairing and servicing Wicton farm's wide variety of mobile plant and farm machinery. 

Erzsebet loves animals and works tirelessly to ensure all our beautiful cows get the best care possible. She plays a key role in managing our calf at foot system. Aswell as the cows Erzsebet manages and maintains our 24hr vending machines. When not surrounded by cows she can be found walking the fields accompanied by her dog Bella!

Elissa is the Wicton Farm wizard and she has many talents. A lot of Elissa's time is spent in the office, running the Wicton farm web shop, organising milk orders and dealing with general admin. She is always happy to jump on a tractor, or get stuck in with cow work when an extra pair of hands is needed! In her spare time, she can be found hanging out with her pet sheep - Button and Ethel, and working tirelessly to promote mental health & wellbeing in the agricultural community
