Important information about collecting your order
We need 24hrs to process your order. Each of our wonderful collection hubs are a little different so have a read below so you know exactly when to go and collect your order.
Wicton Farm: Collections are between 8am and 7pm Monday – Saturday. Please wait for notification before picking up your order. Your order confirmation will be needed for pickup
Rush Farm: Your order needs to be placed by Monday 5pm and will be ready for collection from Rush Farm - The Pantry on Wednesday between 8.30am - 5.30pm. Please wait for notification before picking up your order. Your order confirmation will be needed for pickup.
Fodder: Your order needs to be placed by 5pm on a Monday and will be ready for collection from Fodder on Tuesdays from lunchtime onwards. Please wait for notification before picking up your order. Your order confirmation will be needed for pickup.
Hanley Organics: Your order needs to be placed by 5pm on Wednesday and will be ready for collection from Handley Organics on Thursday from 10am onwards. Please wait for notification before picking up your order. Your order confirmation will be needed for pickup.
Top Barn Farm Shop: Your order needs to be placed by 5pm on Tuesday and will be ready for collection from Top Barn farm shop on Wednesday from 2pm onwards. Please wait for notification before picking up your order. Your order confirmation will be needed for pickup.
Storage instructions
- Please store your milk in a refrigerator below 5°c
- Please use your milk within 10 days
- Milk can be frozen - this is best done on the day of collection
- Once defrosted, please consume within 7 days
