Our beef and Ale sausages are made using the beef from our farm. Our animals are 100% grass fed, antibiotic free and live peacefully on our organic farm. Every animal is born here on the farm and we pride ourselves in the high attention to detail and care that goes into our Wild Cow Herd.

Important information about collecting your order
We need 12hrs to process your order. Each of our wonderful collection hubs are a little different so have a read below so you know exactly when to go and collect your order.
Wicton Farm: Collections are between 8am and 7pm Monday – Saturday.
Rush Farm: Your order needs to be placed by Monday 11pm and will be ready for collection from Rush Farm - The Pantry on Wednesday between 8.30am - 5.30pm.
Fodder: Your order needs to be placed by 11pm on a Monday and will be ready for collection from Fodder on Tuesdays from lunchtime onwards.
Hanley Organics: Your order needs to be placed by 11pm on Wednesday and will be ready for collection from Hanley Organics on Thursday from 10am onwards.
Top Barn Farm Shop: Your order needs to be placed by 11pm on Tuesday and will be ready for collection from Top Barn farm shop on Wednesday from 2pm onwards.
Angel Gardens Farm Shop: Your order needs to be placed by 11pm on Friday and will be ready for collection from Angel Gardens Farm Shop on Saturday from 9am onwards.

- Once defrosted, please consume within 3 days
